Meet the Stunning Sienna! My latest PDF sewing pattern.

Meet Sienna,  my latest PDF Sewing Pattern.

When I made up today’s new pattern months ago for a sewing competition I knew it had to be made up into a PDF Sewing pattern.

Simple, sexy and modern with the ruffles being the standout feature of this dress!  I just love this dress. Last week I added it to my shop and for only $10 it can be yours to sew.

The Sienna Shift Dress features ruffles which are sewn into the princess seam and fall beautifully over the sleeveless bodice. The ruffles can be finished with self fabric binding or for an edgy look left with a frayed edge.

It’s a mini length dress and is a really cute summer dress, ideal to take on a summer holiday.  Wear it with some pretty sandals during the day or even a cute pair of sneakers for a more casual look. Dress it up in the evening for a night out, the perfect holiday wardrobe piece.

The Sienna Shift Dress is the perfect pattern for an intermediate sewer or a more advanced beginner and is available in sizes 6-18 (Australian Standard). Size chart can be viewed here.

The Sienna Shift Dress is a simple dress to sew and is an A-line shape which makes is very flattering for so many shapes.

It can be easily lengthened or shortened at the hem line.

It’s gorgeous made up in a mid weight cotton, cotton blend, chambray, linen or light weight denim but would work in any light to mid weight woven fabric.

The ruffles which are inserted into the princess seams are what make this dress so gorgeous. I frayed the edges of this version.

If you love the Sienna pattern as much as I do, then pop into the shop where you can find it available to download for only $10.

Happy Sewing!

Annie
