About Digital Patterns?

Our downloadable patterns are delivered as a ZIP file containing multiple PDFs. These are standard PDF files that can be opened in any PDF viewer, such as Preview on Mac OS X or Adobe Reader.

Download includes a tiled version of the pattern (for A4) a single version (for A0) and a comprehensive set of instructions.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can purchase our patterns as a Guest and are not required to create an account.

How do I place an Order?

Head to the pattern shop, choose a pattern you like, add it to the cart and checkout using paypal. A link to your pattern download is included in your invoice immediately after payment is processed.

Why is the test square not the correct size?

In order to ensure your digital pattern is printing at the correct size, always print just the PDF page with the test square before printing the entire pattern. The test square should measure 10cm (100mm)

By default, many applications will scale down the pages in your digital pattern PDF when printing. Before you print, check your print setup options and make sure that scaling is set to “100%” or “None”, depending on how the option is worded. Do not select ‘Fit to Page’

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Sew this Pattern shop accepts payments through Stripe which includes facility for most major credit cards.

Can I sell garments made with a pattern from Sew this Pattern?

We are happy for you to sell garments made from one of our patterns in small runs of 2 (tw0) or less per size. If you would like to license a pattern for commercial quantities, please contact us.
